You could be the only person you know
serving buffalo at your next get together. The best just got
better when you serve organic buffalo. A healthy alternative
to beef with lots more flavor. Buffalo can be used as a
substitute for beef in any of your favorite recipes.
Mouthwatering, juicy and
lean.

When cooking buffalo steaks,
medium heat is recommended. Never over cook. This will
dry out the meat and make it tough to eat. Buffalo doesn't
need as much time to cook as beef so keep a close eye on your
grill. It helps to use the cover on your grill to keep in some
of the moisture.
Did you know in a July 2001 issue
of Reader's Digest, author Maureen Callahan lists buffalo meat as
one of five foods women need most.
Weight Watchers magazine
(Oct. 1985) says, "On the Weight Watchers food plan, buffalo is
considered to be a veal or poultry
exchange." |
