WHY EAT
BUFFALO MEAT?
Buffalo is a heart healthy red meat,
considered a poultry exchange. If you are a heart patient who
hates to give up red meat, now you don't have to. Buffalo is
the answer. The taste is very similar to beef only
better. It has no gamey flavor. All our buffalo meat is
organic. We use no implants or growth stimulants and feed only
organically grown hay and grain from our farm.
